Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $4.95
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $9.95
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $19.95
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been delivered and confirmed by the carrier's tracking system, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend requesting signature confirmation for added security. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or refund.
P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. For military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), please allow additional time for delivery as these shipments are processed through USPS and may take 2-3 weeks.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address.
